An individual programme specifically designed for you to achieve your goals which can include, strength and power training, endurance, speed & agility, mobility and flexibility. The more detail you can provide the more bespoke I can make your programme! Each customised programme will have a 30-min consultation, video analysis and regular check-ins included. They can be purchased per number of weeks, starting at a minimum of 6 weeks. Larger scale programmes are rolling monthly programmes to meet the demands of training and competition.
