  • Benefit from the knowledge and experience of a coach without the cost. You will be training on your own but will receive a structured training programme that will provide you with results, save you time and make your training more efficient. Receive all of this on an app with video and coaching cues. 

  • All the programmes are a fixed length which means you get to keep the programme and can reuse it as many times as you wish.

  • I really value client communication and will aim to respond to messages within 48 hours, if not I will always respond with a holding message. If you are interested in a customised programme, please be aware it will take me a week to write from our initial consultation. 

  • Each programme will provide equipment information in the preview. Included in the instructions PDF are alternatives and strategies to adapt exercises. For best results you will ideally need access to barbells, trap bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and resistance bands. If you require a programme with minimal equipment please contact me. 

  • All programmes and feedback are conveniently accessed and delivered through the FITR app. You can also manage payments for your programme directly within the app.
